How can we help?

Find answers to the most common questions about the LinkeroSpace marketplace.

LinkeroSpace is a marketplace that connects buyers with publishers who offer website placements, link insertions, article publications and related promotional services. Buyers can compare available offers, select the service that fits their needs and place an order through the platform.

Publishers list their websites and services on LinkeroSpace. Buyers can browse the available listings, review the information and conditions provided by each publisher, select a service and place an order. The publisher then fulfils the ordered service according to the listing and the buyer's instructions.

You can browse publicly available listings without an account. An account is required for actions such as placing orders, managing websites, receiving orders and using other marketplace functions.

Creating an account on LinkeroSpace is free unless a specific paid service is clearly stated otherwise.

Yes. A registered user may use LinkeroSpace as a buyer, publisher, or both, subject to the applicable account and marketplace rules.

Available services may include article publication, link insertion, additional backlinks, article writing, publisher-selected article placement, priority delivery and promotional services. The exact services available depend on the individual publisher listing.

A listing is an offer created by a publisher for a specific website and service. It contains information such as the website, topic, language, traffic, Domain Rating, publication type, link type, duration, price and any additional conditions specified by the publisher.

Before ordering, carefully review the listing price, publication type, website topic, language, traffic, Domain Rating, link type, publication duration, delivery information, available extras and any other conditions shown on the listing. The conditions displayed for the selected listing are an important part of the order.

Yes. Before confirming and paying for an order, the buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing the entire order and verifying that all selected services, website, listing, publication type, URLs, anchor texts, article requirements, delivery options, extras, quantities, prices and other order details are correct and match the buyer's intended purchase.

Buyers are responsible for checking the complete order before confirming it. If a buyer provides an incorrect URL, anchor text, article, instruction, quantity, service, extra or other information and the order is subsequently fulfilled according to the information confirmed by the buyer, LinkeroSpace may not be responsible for the buyer's mistake and the buyer may not be entitled to a refund or other compensation for that mistake, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

By confirming an order, the buyer confirms that the selected listing, services, options, extras, quantities, prices and information provided for the order have been reviewed and are correct to the best of the buyer's knowledge. Buyers should therefore carefully review the complete order before submitting it and paying for it.

If the publisher correctly fulfils the order according to the information and requirements confirmed by the buyer, an error caused by the buyer may not constitute a failure by the publisher and may not qualify for a refund. This may include an incorrect URL, anchor text, article, topic, instruction, quantity, selected extra or other buyer-provided information. This does not affect any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Link Insertion means adding a requested link to existing content on the publisher's website rather than creating a completely new article. The exact placement, URL, anchor and other requirements depend on the selected listing and the buyer's order instructions.

Article Publication means publishing an article on the publisher's website. Depending on the selected service, the buyer may provide the article or purchase an article-writing service from the publisher.

The person responsible for writing the article depends on the service selected by the buyer. If the order includes Article Writing, the publisher is responsible for preparing the article according to the buyer's instructions and the requirements of the listing. If the buyer provides the article, the publisher is responsible for publishing the supplied content according to the order.

Article Writing is an additional service in which the publisher prepares the article for the buyer. The buyer should provide clear instructions, including the topic, required links, anchor text, keywords and any other requirements that are important for the project.

Yes, where the selected listing allows buyer-provided content. The buyer should provide the final content and all necessary publication instructions through the order process.

Yes. Buyers can provide relevant requirements and instructions when the selected service supports them. The publisher should follow the agreed requirements unless they conflict with the listing conditions, applicable law or reasonable editorial standards of the publisher's website.

Some listings may allow the publisher to choose the URL or article placement. If Publisher-Selected Article Placement or a similar option is selected, the publisher may determine the appropriate URL or placement according to the conditions of the purchased service.

Publisher-Selected Article Placement is a service in which the publisher selects the appropriate article placement or URL according to the conditions of the listing. The exact scope of this option is defined by the individual listing.

Unless the listing or order states otherwise, the buyer should provide the desired anchor text. If the selected service allows the publisher to choose the anchor, the publisher may select an appropriate anchor consistent with the order requirements.

Yes, where the listing offers additional backlinks as an available option. The price and number of additional backlinks are displayed during the ordering process.

Priority Delivery is an optional paid service that may allow the publisher to process the order within a shorter delivery period than the standard delivery time stated for the listing. The exact delivery condition is shown when the option is purchased.

The publisher is responsible for fulfilling the purchased service within the delivery period stated for the listing or selected delivery option. The buyer is responsible for providing the information and materials necessary to complete the order.

If the publisher does not fulfil the order within the applicable delivery period, the buyer may report the issue to LinkeroSpace. Depending on the circumstances, LinkeroSpace may request completion or correction, allow the parties to resolve the issue, provide a partial or full refund, offer another appropriate resolution, or reject the order. The publisher may not be entitled to the corresponding earnings for work that has not been properly completed.

Priority Delivery concerns the delivery time stated for the selected service. It does not change the quality requirements or other conditions of the underlying listing unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The publisher submits the completed work or publication information through the platform. The buyer should review the delivered result and verify that it corresponds to the purchased service and the order requirements.

If the delivered service does not correspond to the purchased listing or the buyer's reasonable order instructions, the buyer should report the problem through the available LinkeroSpace support or order workflow and provide enough information or evidence to allow the issue to be reviewed.

Yes. Where the problem can reasonably be corrected, LinkeroSpace may allow the publisher to correct or complete the work before another resolution is considered.

If the publisher does not correct a valid problem or the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, LinkeroSpace may decide on an appropriate resolution based on the order, listing conditions, submitted evidence and circumstances of the case.

A refund may be available when an order is not properly fulfilled, is materially different from the purchased service, or another valid reason for reimbursement exists. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may be a full refund, partial refund, correction, replacement service, discount or another appropriate solution.

No. A rejected order is reviewed according to the circumstances of the case. LinkeroSpace may first give the publisher an opportunity to correct the issue. If correction is not appropriate or does not resolve the problem, LinkeroSpace may provide a full or partial refund or another appropriate resolution.

Where an order is validly disputed because the purchased service was not properly fulfilled, LinkeroSpace may withhold, reduce, reverse or otherwise adjust the publisher's earnings relating to the disputed service, subject to the applicable platform workflow and payment status.

Buyers should review delivered work promptly and report any material problem as soon as reasonably possible. Failure to report a problem may make it more difficult to investigate the issue, especially where the nature of the service or publication can change over time.

If the buyer and publisher cannot resolve a dispute directly through the platform, LinkeroSpace may review the order, listing conditions, communication and available evidence and determine an appropriate platform resolution.

Useful evidence may include the order number, screenshots, the delivered URL, the original order instructions, the relevant listing information and a clear explanation of what does not meet the purchased requirements.

If the publisher uses a URL that does not correspond to the buyer's agreed requirements, the buyer should report the issue. Where reasonably possible, the publisher may be asked to correct the URL. If the issue cannot be corrected, another resolution may be considered.

If the anchor text does not correspond to the agreed order requirements, the buyer should report the issue. The publisher may be asked to correct the anchor where technically and editorially possible.

If Article Writing was purchased and the delivered article materially fails to follow the agreed requirements, the buyer may request a correction or report the issue through LinkeroSpace. The publisher may be given an opportunity to revise the article.

If a publisher accepts an order but does not complete the publication within the applicable delivery period, the buyer may report the issue. LinkeroSpace may request completion, allow cancellation or correction, or provide another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

The publication duration depends on the individual listing. Buyers should always check the stated publication duration before placing an order. A publisher should not remove or materially alter a publication before the agreed publication period has ended unless the listing or applicable circumstances allow it.

No. LinkeroSpace does not automatically guarantee permanent publication. The applicable publication duration and any specific guarantee must be stated in the relevant listing or order.

If a publication disappears or no longer meets the agreed publication conditions before the promised period ends, the buyer may report the issue. LinkeroSpace may contact the publisher and request restoration or another appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, a partial or full refund or another compensation may be considered.

No. LinkeroSpace provides access to publishing and link-building opportunities, but no specific increase in search rankings, traffic, authority, conversions or other SEO results is guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular service.

Domain Rating, commonly abbreviated as DR, is a third-party metric used to describe the backlink strength of a domain. It is provided for informational and comparison purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of SEO performance.

Monthly traffic is information about the estimated or reported traffic of a website. The exact methodology and source may vary. Buyers should treat traffic figures as an indication rather than a guaranteed number of future visitors.

Link type describes the technical or commercial characteristics of the link offered by the publisher. The available link types depend on the individual listing.

Link duration describes how long the publisher agrees to keep the purchased link or publication available. Buyers should check the duration stated in the listing before ordering.

A publisher may reject an order where the platform or listing rules allow it, including situations where the requested content or link is incompatible with the publisher's website, editorial standards, legal requirements or listing conditions.

Cancellation depends on the status of the order, the applicable listing conditions and the circumstances of the request. If work has already started or been delivered, different rules may apply.

Changes are not automatically guaranteed after payment. If an important change is required, the buyer should contact the publisher or LinkeroSpace support as soon as possible. The ability to change an order depends on its status and the nature of the requested change.

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available by LinkeroSpace at checkout. The final price shown during checkout applies to the order unless a correction, refund or other adjustment is subsequently required.

The listing price applies to the selected service. Optional extras, additional backlinks, priority delivery and other paid options may increase the final checkout amount. The final amount is shown before the buyer confirms the purchase.

Tax treatment depends on the seller, buyer, applicable jurisdiction and the information provided during checkout. Where legally required, applicable tax information will be displayed or included in the order documentation.

Invoice and accounting documentation depend on the transaction structure, the seller's status and the applicable legal requirements. Where LinkeroSpace provides or facilitates invoice information, it will be made available through the applicable account or order process.

Publishers can add their websites through the website submission process. They are responsible for providing accurate information about their website, including relevant topics, language, traffic, Domain Rating, available services, prices and publication conditions.

Publishers may update their listing prices and conditions where the platform allows it. Changes normally apply to future orders and do not automatically change the price of an order that has already been placed.

Publishers should provide accurate and up-to-date information required by the listing form, including website details, topics, language, traffic, Domain Rating, publication types, link types, duration, pricing and available extras.

Yes, publishers may offer Article Writing when the relevant option is available for their listing. If Article Writing is purchased, the publisher is responsible for preparing content according to the buyer's agreed requirements and the listing conditions.

Yes, where the option is available. The publisher may then select the appropriate article placement or URL according to the conditions of the purchased service.

Publishers are responsible for accurately describing their listings, accepting only orders they can reasonably fulfil, meeting the stated delivery requirements, following the buyer's applicable instructions and delivering the purchased service in accordance with the listing.

Buyers are responsible for providing accurate information, URLs, anchor text, article content and instructions required to fulfil the order. Buyers should also review listings carefully and verify delivered work.

Order-related communication should remain within the LinkeroSpace platform where the available tools allow it. Users should not use external communication to bypass LinkeroSpace fees, marketplace rules or the agreed order process.

No. Users should not use LinkeroSpace to arrange a transaction and then move the transaction outside the platform in order to avoid applicable LinkeroSpace fees or marketplace rules.

Publishers are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate. LinkeroSpace may request corrections, restrict a listing, suspend an offer or take other appropriate action if information is materially inaccurate or misleading.

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, LinkeroSpace may request corrective action, cancel or restrict an order, suspend a listing, restrict account functionality, withhold or adjust applicable earnings, or suspend or terminate an account where permitted by the applicable rules and law.

Yes. LinkeroSpace may remove, restrict or temporarily disable listings that violate marketplace rules, applicable law, intellectual property rights, platform requirements or other applicable conditions.

No. Users may not use LinkeroSpace to facilitate illegal activity or publish content that violates applicable law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other applicable legal requirements.

The party responsible for creating or supplying the article is responsible for ensuring that the content is lawful and that the necessary rights and permissions have been obtained. Publishers are responsible for content they create, while buyers are responsible for content they provide, subject to the applicable platform rules and law.

Users must have the necessary rights or permissions to use content they submit or publish. LinkeroSpace does not grant users ownership or licences to third-party content merely because that content is uploaded or published through the platform.

Not necessarily. Individual publishers may restrict certain topics or industries. Buyers must respect the conditions of the selected listing and applicable law.

The publisher should communicate the problem as soon as possible. Depending on the circumstances, the order may be reassigned, cancelled, corrected or otherwise resolved according to the applicable marketplace rules.

If LinkeroSpace cannot facilitate completion of an order for reasons attributable to the platform, LinkeroSpace may provide an appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances, including cancellation, refund, replacement or another suitable solution.

Use the available LinkeroSpace order or support functionality and provide as much relevant information as possible, including your account details, order number and the nature of the problem.

LinkeroSpace may review the order, listing, instructions, communication, delivery information and available evidence. The purpose of the review is to determine whether the purchased service was fulfilled and what resolution is appropriate.

Yes. Where a service has been partially delivered or a partial remedy is appropriate, LinkeroSpace may consider a partial refund or another proportional resolution.

Where appropriate and agreed with the affected party, LinkeroSpace may offer a discount, credit, replacement service or another suitable remedy instead of a refund.

The order may be marked as resolved or completed according to the applicable workflow. Any related financial adjustment will be handled according to the resolution and applicable payment process.

No. No listing, backlink, article or promotional service on LinkeroSpace guarantees a particular Google ranking, traffic level, domain authority, indexing result or business outcome.

Publisher earnings depend on the successful fulfilment of the applicable order and the platform's payment and dispute rules. Work that is rejected because it was not properly fulfilled may be subject to correction, reduction, withholding, reversal or other adjustment in accordance with the applicable rules.
